By now I’m sure you’ve heard of CupcakeStop, New York’s one and only cupcake truck. They’ve gotten a ton of press, and I am happy to say that they deserve it.
Yesterday I happened to walk past the trucks’ weekday location, bought two of their mini cupcakes, one Red Velvet and a Black and White. Both cupcakes were delightfully fresh, they’re baked from scratch daily and it shows.
The Cream Cheese frosting on the Red Velvet was light and not overly sweet and the cake tasted wonderful. The Black and White glaze was exactly like the cookie glaze, which could be a little too sweet but the amount was just the right for that not to happen, the cake was also very yummy.
The minis are only a dollar!
These were very good, me wants to go back everyday. I’m dying to try the Psychedelic Tie Dye! Definitely check them out, party people! (Oh and let me know which ones you had!)
