What’s this Cherryspoon craziness, you say?!?
Once upon a time a lady (lady!) from Southern California, who grew up in Brazil and now lives in Brooklyn (you got that?), realized that she just might love pastry, baking and cake decorating enough for it to be a new career path. Her husband, her family, her friends and even the cat (Shadow!) were all are for it and to be honest even if they weren’t there was no stopping this foodie life and humble blog from starting.
You might have realized by now, and I hope that you did, that the lady (the one sipping coffee on the Amtrak above) I’m referring to is me! I’m a student enrolled in ICE’s pastry program (three nights a week) and I continue blogging as much as I can, between school and work!
