What’s this Cherryspoon craziness, you say?!?

Once upon a time a smiley lady(!) from Southern California, that grew up in Brazil and now lives in Cranford,NJ (via Brooklyn!), realized that she just might love Pastry enough to make a Career of it. Her husband, her family, her friends and even the cat were all are for it and to be honest even if they weren’t there was no stopping her from becoming a Pastry Chef.

You might have realized by now, and I hope that you did, that the lady I’m referring to is yours truly!

I’m a graduate of ICE’s Pastry Program and I continue baking and blogging as much as I can, while I’m still working my non Pastry related day job and getting ready to start my Baked Goods Business.
