Chai Cupcakes!

I’ve been on a Chai kick lately and it was only a matter of time before I decided to bake with it! On a side note, my posts have been somewhat verbose lately, so this one will be short and sweet, pinky promise.

Dragonfly Doces is based in Japan! One more reason to visit Japan, if you ask me.
Have a great weekend!
…or the cupcake elusive Dharma Van.

This awesome van, was supposed to be on my cupcakes, if it hadn’t refused to transfer to my fondant circles. My plan was to trace the resized image onto Wax Paper with the Food Writer and then transfer it by pressuring the fondant circle on it! Look at how cool it looked traced.

More about these tomorrow! I’m busy watching LOST!!! I will say however my favorite is ” I love you Penny” and my least favorite is the “Don’t tell me what I can’t do!” because the writing wasn’t that neat.
Its almost Mother’s Day!
If these beautiful cupcakes don’t inspire you, I don’t know what will.

Happy Mother’s Day!
