
This is “Nutty Boy”, the main character in a book and a movie authored by Ziraldo; I’m pretty sure every Brazilian my age read during their childhood. I read it a million times, I loved it, a lot, maybe because I too am kinda Nutty, a lot.
Nutty enough to think that during a ten day stay in Brazil I would be able to see everyone, do everything and still post. Fret not, though, I fly back to NY on Monday!

Both Children and Grown Ups get a lot of Chocolate every Easter in Brazil, this is above was is one of the larger sizes, they can be smaller and also crazy bigger, imagine 70 kilos bigger, but those are usually just for show! I remember one so big I actually could step inside of it, I was a kid still though…

Last year I made two Dora Cakes, this year the same very special “clients” requested a Pooh and a Piglet Cake. Improvements from last year included an X-Acto knife and Food Sharpies Food Writers! Look how cute they turned out!

I started by looking for my templates, I looked up coloring pages online that had both Piglet and Pooh in the same image, so I’d have the correct proportions in relation to each other.
